The Women in Procurement & Supply Chain movement addresses the underrepresentation of women in these fields and promotes gender equality. Women remain significantly underrepresented in procurement and supply chain leadership roles, often facing systemic barriers and cultural biases.

Our Association was formed to provide platforms for women to connect, share experiences, and support each other's professional growth. We encourage and support women in pursuing leadership roles within the procurement and supply chain sectors.
