ABOUT OUR ASSOCIATION

Empowering Women in
Procurement & Supply Chain

Driving gender equality, leadership, and professional growth across Ghana's procurement landscape.

Our Story

Building a Movement for Change

The Women in Procurement & Supply Chain movement was born out of a pressing need to address the underrepresentation of women in these critical fields. Despite their proven capabilities, women remain significantly underrepresented in procurement and supply chain leadership roles, often facing systemic barriers and cultural biases.

Our Association was formed to provide a powerful platform for women to connect, share experiences, and support each other's professional growth. We are committed to encouraging and supporting women in pursuing leadership roles within the procurement and supply chain sectors.
